About My Practice

A Space Built Around Your Brain

My practice is dedicated to supporting neurodivergent individuals in building meaningful, sustainable lives on their own terms. My work is grounded in respect for neurodiversity — with the understanding that differences in how we think, feel, and experience the world are natural variations of the human experience, not deficits to be "fixed."

I provide a collaborative, affirming space where clients can explore their identities, navigate challenges, and develop tools that genuinely work for them. Whether you are newly exploring your neurodivergence or have long understood yourself this way, therapy with me is centered on your goals, your pace, and your lived experience.

Many of the people I support have spent years feeling misunderstood, overlooked, or pressured to fit into systems that weren't designed for them. You may be navigating burnout, masking, anxiety, or a sense of disconnection from yourself. This is a space where you don't have to explain or justify how your brain works — where you can show up more fully as yourself.

We might work well together if you:

Feel misunderstood, masked, or burned out from trying to meet neurotypical expectations

Want support unlearning shame and building self-acceptance

Experience anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional intensity

Struggle with executive functioning, transitions, or daily structure

Are navigating relationships, boundaries, or communication challenges

Are exploring identity, including late-diagnosed or self-identified neurodivergence

Want practical strategies that actually align with how your brain works

I also work well with adults who have had difficult or invalidating experiences in past therapy and are looking for a more affirming, collaborative approach.

The Experience

What Therapy With Me Feels Like

Clients often describe our work as collaborative, validating, and practical. You don't have to perform, mask, or explain the basics of your experience here. We can move at your pace, incorporate your interests, and adapt sessions to meet your needs — whether that means flexibility, structure, or something in between.

Getting Started

If you're looking for a therapist who sees neurodivergence as a meaningful and valuable way of being — not a problem to solve — I'd be honored to work with you.
