Licensed Professional Counselor · Newnan, GA
I am a mental health counselor specializing in anxiety, depression, life transitions, and Neurodivergence. I support teens and adults using a relational, person-centered, and strengths-based approach. My goal is to help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress aren't signs of weakness — they're human experiences that many people navigate, and you don't have to navigate them alone. Seeking support is a courageous step toward healing. I believe everyone needs help sometimes, and I walk alongside my clients as they build a more positive mindset through various therapeutic approaches.
At the heart of effective therapy is the relationship between client and therapist. By showing up authentically and fostering trust, I work to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable being open, honest, and fully yourself.
With a master's degree in special education and 12 years of teaching experience, I understand the challenges neurodivergent individuals often face. Neurodivergent individuals experience the world uniquely, and having a therapist who understands and honors those differences can help build confidence, self-trust, and recognition of personal strengths.
My practice is fully LGBTQIA+ affirming. I honor and celebrate diverse identities, relationships, and experiences across all sexual orientations and gender identities. My goal is to offer a space where you never have to justify or defend who you are. I'm committed to ongoing learning, cultural humility, and creating a safe, respectful therapeutic relationship.

My Approach to Therapy
My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and highly individualized. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy — I tailor our work to your needs, preferences, sensory profile, and communication style.
Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapy
We focus on understanding your brain, not changing it. This includes exploring accommodations, reducing masking, and building a life that fits you.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adapted
We may work with thought patterns and behaviors, but always in a way that respects your lived reality and avoids pathologizing your differences.
Somatic & Nervous System Awareness
For many neurodivergent people, the body plays a key role in overwhelm and regulation. We may explore grounding, sensory supports, and body-based strategies.
Executive Functioning Support
Rather than pushing productivity systems that don't stick, we'll experiment with tools and structures that are realistic and sustainable for you.
Self-Compassion
We may explore different ways you feel about yourself — especially those shaped by masking, shame, or past experiences — and build a more compassionate internal relationship.
Relational & Identity-Focused Work
Therapy can be a space to understand who you are outside of expectations, and to build more authentic, supportive relationships.
